日本區域終止代理合作關係通知 Notice of Ending Partnership in Japan

本公司謹此公告，自 2025年10月1日 起，本公司與日本區域代理商宏勝株式会社間之珍煮丹品牌授權代理合約書已正式結束。自此日期起，宏勝株式会社 已不再具備代表 珍煮丹品牌於日本地區進行任何業務推展、營運或管理的權利。
本公司對任何未經授權使用珍煮丹品牌或相關智慧財產之行為，保留依法追究的一切權利。
感謝各界長期以來對珍煮丹的支持與愛護，我們期待在未來能以全新方式，與日本的消費者再度見面。
Dear Partners and Customers,
As of October 1, 2025, the JENJUDAN brand franchising agreement between us and our Japan regional agent, 宏勝商事株式会社, has officially ended. As of the date of this notice, 宏勝商事株式会社 is not authorized to represent, operate, or manage Truedan brand activities in Japan.
We reserve all rights to take legal action against any unauthorized use of the Truedan brand or related intellectual properties.
